We have been running WAAT for approx. 45 years now. With time there has been wear and tear of the building and with limited donations we need urgent funding for some key repairs and enhancements.

Key repairs and upgrades:

• Roof leakage
• Damaged ceiling creating safety hazard
• Damaged flooring of the entrance
• Dysfunctional ladies washroom
• No gas connection in the building, required for heating and cooking
• No heating facility (currently using gas cylinder powered and electric heaters)
• Gas connection in the kitchen (currently using gas cylinders for neyaz making)
• Kitchen requires canopy, ventilation and fixtures fittings and upgrades.
• New water connection required as very limited water supply from neighbours
  (based on the consultation with the water company)
